I have used their service department almost exclusively for my vehicle since I purchased it from them new. I decided to try a new place to change my oil. I watched the mechanic remove the drain plug, call over another mechanic, then walk in to talk to me. The plug was stripped at the top. They walked me to my vehicle had let me look at the oil pan drain. It was half stripped. Did Lynch mention this to me? No. So, they stripped the plug and the drain on one of the last few visits and decided to try to hide their mistake? Or just ignore it, hoping it would go away? Had this been the first issue with the service department, I might look at it differently, but it is not. I am extremely unhappy with them.

Our sales experience at Lynch Toyota was excellent. The price listed for our 2023 Prius Limited on the dealership's website included all the factory and dealer options and add-ons. The price of each item was clearly stated, so we knew exactly what we were paying for. The mark-up on this scarce new hybrid was reasonable: $1,000 over the sticker price and $4,000 less than the undocumented and non-negotiable price we were quoted at Toyotoa of Montgomery. Our salesman at Lynch, Eric Gutliph, was friendly, transparent, and helpful throughout the sale. The financing process was also handled well. We were able to obtain a lower interest rate for the loan than our credit union offered, so we saved on the monthly payments even after adding additional warranty coverage. Finally, we love the car!
